Several laboratories offer tests which count the amount of fungi in blood, feces and saliva samples. But wouldn't you rather know whether your symptoms are caused by these fungi? The amount of fungi is irrelevant but whether or not you react to them are. My questionnaire "FRDQ-7" is the result of a scientific study. Answer the 7 questions and click on "next" and you will be presented with the answers immediately.

Test-Diet

Before you consider starting with an anti fungal treatment including diet, antifungal medication and probiotics in order to cure your fungus allergy (Candida-Related Complex/ Candida-Hypersensitivity Syndrome), you should have a 14-days test-diet to find out which foods you cross-react to.
